Any predictions

just for the fun of it on how high the stock price goes after the jan/18th speach and during the warrant exercise period. i am going to say $1.10 lol.  it is a good buy here because we know it is guaranteed to be over $1 in about 2 weeks time a no brainer to make some money lol,  i just picked up some @96 cents. all depends on what dan has to say i guess.

There is no guarantee on price - ever. I wouldn't convert warrants to shares and sell the shares for profit at $1.10.  It sounds like too much work and by the time I sold my thousands of shares, I may have pushed down the share price to a point where I'm losing money on the transaction.   Not enough buffer for me.

of course everyone will convert there warrants starting on the 16th just a simple call to there brooker. i doubt they will be selling right away but all those new shares being issued is dilution. it is possible we may get a bigger pop in the stock than what i think because in they first 2 days it is very likely only a small percentage of the warrants would have been converted. and if dan has some ...more

No - I only look at stock price for two reasons - if I'm buying - and - if I'm selling.  Also - I always lose at that guessing game.  : )

Think about this Duster ... not everyone will convert warrants to shares (as you suggest). Here's why ... Very recently, I was buying shares between 45 and 50 cents. That was a great deal as far as I was concerned. So, if I have warrants at $1 and I took full advantage of the recent year to load up - why would I need to buy at a dollar ? The only reason why I would exercise those warrants ...more

why would you not convert your warrants if the stock is above $1. these warrants expire on july/31/2024 if you do not exercise before that date you are giving free money away. once converted into shares you can sell at any price you want above or below $1. if i remeber correctly last time i converted warrants into shares it took several days before they were tradable. i don't think many ...more

Oh ... we'll retest $1.23. Just think back to the action during the last P2. This time - were are much more risk-reduced ... and ... we're looking at patents of 15-20 years. Don't forget ... we're likely to see new patents on top of the reformulation patents that pertain specifically to regimen and regimen control (both acute and chronic). Should chronic not work - I'm ...more

i agree longer term the stock should do good. i was on the ride last P2. i was just talking about how high it will go on the jan/18th news before it peaks and has a bit of a pullback. like we seen when it ran up in november to $1.23 then came back to around 70 cents. although the next pullback may not be as much. if you can time that right there is extra money to be made. buy near the lows, sell ...more

Hey guys - what is significant about Jan 18th?
Comment by MrMugsy on Jan 04, 2024 5:37pm
The significance is this ... The warrants are priced at $1.00 from Jan 16th to Feb 15th (or similar) while the presentation by Dan/Joe falls within that window. (on Jan 18th). Not only is that interesting.  It also seems to be significant. We should learn a lot about Phase 2 from the discussions about P1.  We should also better understand how low the dosing can go (compared to where ...more
