Question

I have held ATE for a while. Obviously the last few news releases destroyed my position. Is there anything left here? Are the intellectual property and tech worth anything?

From what I'd gather Nuance is first in line to all capital. If Antibe is not able to find a partner (doing a capital raise would be near impossible at these levels) I'm not sure how the IP would be handled in bankruptcy court. Nuance may be able under that to make a claim on the IP or it is sold by an arbitrator and proceeds go to Nuance. All this is complete opinion.
