Whats Happening now

I see on my account that it is showing as .29c USD. This is now a delisted stock. Is there any info or insight into what is going on. I am assuming a complete loss with a delist. Why would any value be reflected on the market?

I noticed the same thing today. Ticker symbol is changed to ATBPF OVER THE COUNTER MARKET/US  What is it?
