Considero que mnimo deber ser $7.15 para realizar la oferta, a pesar de ser accionista mayoritario y tener cierta ventaja, no significa que el proyecto No  est en el radar de otras empresas, estoy seguro que tendremos redoble de tambores antes del repique de campanas, todo dependiente del valor inicial
