How to call of an extra-ordinary meeting of shareholders?

What is the process to call for an extra-ordinary meeting of shareholders and is there a possibility to have a vote on the board?

When you find out, let me know.  Votes need to be withheld from all board members. They seem to act like they are running a dog and pony show instead of a $70 billion copper asset. What is wrong with them? Permits for drilling? Oh right, markets are bad, financing options limited, the same old excuses. Totally agree! It is two years that Bonifacio took over and did nothing then slowly hand over CANDENTE to Fortescue piece by piece. If you listen to the interviews and read the NR you actually get the impression he worked for them from day 1. He never bothered to attend any shows or tried to seriously attract any other funding. He helped to kick out the CEO as she stood between Fortescue and ...more

Fortescue up to 34 percent... Continuing the take under... I thought there were rules when you go over 10 and 20 to say if you plan to take over... But I@m not sure if the actual rules... Should regulators be involved or aware?@ Can they really just get to 50 percent this way?@ Why pay a premium when you can pay pennies?

No rules are left as they have all been broken. The game now is just sit and wait. What did they need the money for anyway, they aren't really doing anything that costs that much.
