What the H3LL am I missing here?...

...how does a company that appears to have approx. 7 cents in cash with no debt trade continually @ 3 cents. This is bizarre!!! Either I am a big dope or the Efficient Market Hypothesis is out of whack on this one. Will someone please explain to me what the H3LL is going on? I am tempted to buy more but am fully loaded. Thanks in advance for (sincere) responses. All the best to AEN longs!!!

I think the Company has been sold. There was an earlier offer but it was turned down. That's why the Trust Company is calling the meeting. Hope so.
