Potential arb play if you buy ATGYF under 4 cents USD (approx 5 cents CAD). Last trade at 3.67c USD.

On closer review of the release, it states that the distribution will be paid to 'shareholders' of the company on the date of dissolution, which would be April 26 (yesterday). Pretty vague language here. No date of record, no ex date. I would be wary of purchasing any ATGYF shares as they may not be eligible for the distribution.

I'm personally thrilled we can now anticipate 5.5 cents rather than 5 cents! Lets just hope the Canadian and Albertan governments don't make us linger too long! I find it a bit annoying that the management is not willing to return some money to the shareholders before the tax certificate.  I figure they could easily give holders some 2 to 4 cents. You must be kidding. This management give nothing to shareholder except finding way to slaughter the cash in hand. 5.5 cents are wishful thinking.

I think we get our 5.5 cents razin, providing the ineffectual useless and hugely expensive, to us anyway, character who ran this popstand, did 'our' taxes correctly and paid what was due, otherwise....

Agreed with you Tannin... Anyways, the organization is now dissolved so I doubt the management has access to much of the money available there... They probably took some big bonuses before that, but this is beside the point... Saw you posted on IAE Tannin, congrats... I'm kicking myself for not keeping a closer eye on it... I would have loved to buy in the last week, but I was not following
