Damn you don't have a clue JBALL... they HAVE to do a reverse split you moron! The company has no money left! Of course right now they are also doing no business so the burn rate has been substantially reduced enabling them to postpone financing but the question still remains  how much of a reverse split will be required to raise and hold the price at the minimum PP limits

Since they're doing no business maybe everyone there will work for free....then they'd be great!As for a reverse it would be a minimum 1 for 10 as they'd not want to do another too soon. Still ACT is pretty much finished and I expect them to simply fold up.
