The MSHA has told every company including ACT they need a specialist in the area of underground wireless systems and they had to have them available.  On sedar ACT has told us that also and noted that in thier risk factors, that being if they could not get such a person thier equipment gotta go.  You indicate that it is a good sign they are still recruting on thier website when in fact ...more

On page 10 of the M/A dated July 31/09 on sedar for ACT it says,"In addition, MSHA requires that representatives of thecorporation be certified to operate in an underground coal mine""Failure to obtain the required cerification could have a materal adverse affect on the Corporation's ability to install and operate its ActiveMine system."This is the reason for the job ...more

HydraWhere in the posting does it say anything about this job being related to certification for underground mines. It doesn't and this has nothing to do with the certification process. Anybody entering a mine would likely have to have certification to enter the mine. You're a windbag of hurricane proportions blowing misinformation with every letter you type and every breath you blow ...more

The MSHA says what they need to have and the job posting says it all. You cannot tell the truth from a lie any more as they have all come together. Post anything like financials in Oct after you spoke to Peter. One lie after another. Cannot blame ACT because you are a pumper and not yourself no way so you blame MSHA and anyone else. Also athough they are cutting costs by reducing staff there is still the one job opening on thier website.  In thier latest M/A they again tell us they need a specialist in undergroung wireless systems certified as such.Now anyone coud reasonably conclude this is the person they are looking for expect if you are not reasonable.Some, like positive, just like to post and agrue about anything ...more
