About 3 weeks ago IR told me the Power Cart Deal would close. All that was remaining was the legal OK to announce the close. Credibility is sadly lacking from any source within this company.Expect a large consolidation after the Power Cart deal & the cycle of dilution to start all over again IMO. This has become a payday company for insiders IMO & I doubt much will be left fot the SH's

I agree. My average cost base with my new consolidated shares just went from .059 to $1.18 per share. Thank you very much ACT. The fat lady will sing very soon because it won't be long before management takes PowerCart to the abyss IMO. They still don't have any contracts & the PowerCart acquisition money will soon go the way of the DoDo bird just like our money IMO. Buy on the

when you think about it...this 20 for 1 rollback was this company's ONLY WAY to trade at more than a penny. Theyshould get it together...or throw in the towel completely!!   What a disgrace!!    Have they no shame at all??Sorry you got so burned...so did I...bigtime  Even lost my loving relationship over it all!!  Hang in and look for something else to make
