I Have Contacted IR
and asked if they could at least update investors as to company activities & poissible giving out regular updates. I will update the board if I get an answer but do not hold out much hope. IR doesn't particularily like me because of my past voicing my displeasure for past management & performance. I know they have no legal obligation to inform us other than Q updates but comon morally they must understand many took a bath with the consolidation. If the new CEO wants to reestablish some credibility with old & possible new investors he best start talking to us either directly or through the adhock IR ACT seems to have. As usual everything they do is legal but there must be a renewed sense of looking after investors through growing the company for the wages they receive as employees if not sell it or fold up the tent.
