IF this has been a scam all along, the 'respected/competent' Board of Directors, Consultants & Advisors should ALL be held accountable for the sham this has become.  Disgraceful how this has been perpetuated throughout the 'decades'..... yes, decades!  Wanton, pitiful allowances.

held accountable !!  Name one instance where the TSXV exchange has done it`s job.  People like Marci thrive under this blind eye policy . There are several thousand CEO`s on that exchange just like her . That is why many US ETFs and Funds have rules about not trading in Canada .
