Private Placement for friends and family again to support this from going under, filing fees, et al

$1,000,000 @ .05 with a full warrant at .10 for 3 years......to load up, just before a BTR take over ......any other guesses?

J (?): If Bonterra is in consideration to be the 'White Knight', why would BTR allow such a dilutive financial 'strategy' ? It sounds more like a 'poison pill' maneuver - to prevent any 'cheap' take over. Just sayin'....
