I hear you. Its no surprise ... here's my take on it all. This company is the poster child for what is wrong in the Junior mining industry. It keeps on making promises and releasing factually incorrect and misleading news. Look at the recent flow....engaging in purchase/sale of minerals, picking up new property, pending 43-101 all over the world ... but not a single piece of actual qualified ...more

Offset gains? This is mostly profit. Look at what he paid to get his stake. Also note that they were sold after December 28, 2021, deferring the gain until 2022. Be sure of the facts. LJ
