Buy the rumor, sell the news probably. Good entry point with upgrades after drilling results. Do your own DD. GLTA

SQM also had an earnings release which stated its capacity increases and the amount of money they are investing. I think this is impacting the general lithium market. Cheers

The followings are my thought: 1  Resource size is reasonable, but only inferred and it cannot be used for Feasibility Study. 2.The resource size is still cannot compared with LAC (not sure about ORL, though I am a share holder for both); 3.  Grade is average, but much lower than both ORL/LAC; 4.  The SO4/LI ratio is too high, so higher cost; 5.  Most critical part is AAL ...more

Hey Tiger,  I also have some concerns about the sulphates and the processing costs.  NLC’s brine (as you would know) is at 0.5 while AAL’s ratio is in the 20s-60s.  I am not that concerned about the grade - they need a lot more drilling and I expect the grade to be a fair bit higher on the FS.  As for the shared salar comment, I actually asked this question of the AAL crew on ...more

Thanks Tiger (and Not2Sirius), for a great response, I bet there's a few people reading that appreciate it. My favourite aspect of AAL is the management. These guys on their milestone timings are top notch. Love the leader, who took an oil poducer to the finish line successfully. Great project management. I work in oil/gas but am not personally top notch on the the importance of chemistry in ...more

My fav aspect is the location/relationship with Orocobre. The NW and SE both make up around half the current resource. If I'm not mistaken, mgmt believes they can add another 1.5 - 3 mm tonnes LCE, predominantly from the deep sand unit which has chemistry comparable to the NW.

target prices are based on current information with a 1 year outlook. It would look poorly on an analyst to incorporate phase III drilling into their current prices, as all AAL has provided is guidance and a work plan for a year.

Eight Capital increased their target price to $2.50, based on 4.5 mm tonnes LCE.

Hi Mikerosoft, My point is LAC will be a producer soon (wells will start pumping brine out of ground this year), while AAL is years away.  Brine is flowable, and can run from point A to point B, if you create hydraulic gradient using pumps.  It is just my opinion. tiger
