Technical report didnt seem to boost our SP

I'm wondering if perhaps after phase 3 we start to see some serious SP increase. This stock is rated $2 a share+. I am assuming once they extract the lithium from the deposists and start selling it that is when we will get some value out of this stock. So far its been a constat bleed. Kind of irritating but it's to be expected.
