From what Ive been reading, Lithium needs for EV's isn't the only reason for stock prices to go up eventually. there's a new trend of lithium being used for energy storage batteries which many believe will also increase in demand over the next several years so if you take the need of lithium for both markets, I believe that means there will be a much bigger demand.
