sale of Elbow River

As shareholders can we stop the sale of Elbow River?

It's a done deal.  If you like Elbow River, buy Parkland (on the dips).  Only decision regarding AVF now is Sell at $2.80 or buy more at $2.80 if you believe the new entity will be a viable operation.  I'm in the buy camp.  One must also remember oil is down today along with many other oil companies.

Unlikely shareholders have any right to prevent an asset sale.   We should be required to vote on the merger only because that is a change of control or sale of fundamentally all assets to a new controlling entity.
