Once   the   AVF   holders   vote   this  down    at   9.00AM   Feb.19   ,  The  Pace   meeting  scheduled   for   10.00AM     will   simply   be cancelled   as  will   the   Charger  at   11.00am    to  save     face  .   In  fact   when  they  see  the  writing   on  the  wall   all    3   may  simply  be  cancelled  .

Not to rain on your parade but I did vote yes to the merger.  I am going to be suprised if the deal is going to be rejected.
