I am very happy...

...  that I voted against and am sticking with my decision.

I was on the fence about changing my vote but after getting the call and seeing some of the posts, I'm confident with what I did.

I have just over 21,000 shares @ over $3.25/share.

Sure, we have sold our prized asset, however, we still have properties and $80 million in cash to work with.
