How much is AVF worth?

For all those investors in AVF voting against the deal, where do you expect AVF to trade at if the deal fails?

Remember, you won't get a dividend and ER is history....(ER was paying most of the dividend)

~3,130 boed @ $20 netbacks = ~$23M or $0.43 cents a share using 54 OS.

How much do you think AVF is worth at 2x CF? Not even  $1.....good job voting against the deal!

I'd love to hear your scenarios....

Please  post  this  on the  Pace  board  to  ensure  Pace   shareholders  know   they  are getting hosed , and  that  they  should  vote  AGAINST  the  merger.

It's not like PCE enjoys a premium for its management or its production. PCE & CHX are not in a much better shape, they are undervalued like 99% of companies in this sector. On the contrary, PCE shareholders will be able to get a dividend after the merger, in this risk off play on Canadian oil stocks, don't expect any capital gains on PCE or CHX this year. It was a bad deal from day one and this management team should be fired. AVF dropped on the announcement and continues to drop.furthur.  management 's job is to BUILD shareholder value not destroy it.  Their main earner was ELBOW RIVER and now it's sold to backstop a weak combination where selected individuals will share a multi million buyout....it is a double edged sword thou ...more

i said it then, and i said it NOW, it was a BAD DEAL and this sorry excuse for management/BOD should now RESIGN. the most insulting part of this was to hear the comments coming out of the future CEO RE: the $5 mill+ succession payout etc etc in reaction to NOVA BANCORP's multiple concerns about this deal. see below: "We’ve been out on the road and I’ve met with about ...more
