nova press release

nova just released a press release.

reading it proves that nova does not know what they are talking about.

pce released their results with there reduced capx program to start the year which was q1 13million. lol. they are desperate to sell or merge to get capital up.

talking about a merger with just avf and doing a 60 40 split meaning 5.60 pce to 1.60 avf is rediculous. good luck with us voting for that one.

also suggesting selling its assets to raise capital, in my view its only option after this as no one will offer them better than 3.40 a share with divi. in this market there are so many assets out there for cheap even by big companys and creditors are shedding non core assets. im sure if it was that easy it would have been done and pce would be laughing in cash. lol.

trying to make side deals when they dont run the company and only hold .23% of the shares is rediculous.

my view, pce votes no, ceo resigns, company is still broke looking for a new ceo and capx and sells assets cheap. and is stuck at 2.80. avf chx find a replacement that they can start divi and grow with.

the market knows what you have pce and its 2.80. go ahead try to sell assets.

Charger is in way better shape then them, they have assets people actually want. and are small enough to merge with. and are priced in properly.

I dont understand, you have a month to find a better deal. deals dont take long to complete. other companies wont go near you now they know your greedy.

saying that dividend is not a reason to vote for the deal proves to me they dont care about anyone else. guess what some investors like dividends.

and saying that selling all its assets is better, some investors actually want to see there assets drilled not just sell them all off for say 3.50 a share and find a new company.

for pce, the management is not the biggest problem right now. maybe it was but its too late. the problem is pce is out of capital 13million will do nothing maybe change a couple tires. new management wont be able to do anything with no capx. spy capx program is 90million and focused on provost (chx)and southern alberta (pce). and yes you want to merge with avf beacuse of our capital as you seemed ...more

all three of the proposed plans by nova are very risky. break up plan - sell all assets, no one wants dixonville or gas so you have southern alberta, can you get 3.40 a share + divi + growth. you are priced in at 2.80 with it so a quick sale would probably lose money. rights offering for 25million, again 25 million is nothing and will accomplish nothing in the field add a tiny bit of production ...more
