Since I've looked at this bullboard, I am amazed and pleased that so many of you are both informed knowledgeable about analyzing companies and openly discussing your concerns and projections.  I've gotten more insight from you guys than I have over the years from Money Reporter [by-monthly bulletin] and Money Saver [magazine] - and it's timely too!  AVF management would do well to review your postings.

Have no doubt stooly, Avenex, Charger and Pace management do read the SH boards. I also believe that a few posters have close connections to the managements of the above. Joe454 may have been one of them...  At the end of the day, I feel that this merger deal is unfair for us Avenex shareholders... Kherson

I blocked  Joe454  a while ago - I didn't realise he had disappeared. The glib one liners were just too much. He encouraged me to dig a little deeper, and seek other opinions.  He also polarised opposition to the merger.   For raising awareness and encouraging shareholders to do their own due diligence - we can only be thankful for his contribution

ur, right on,, both joe and buysell... brought up some good points about this merger...can be a good investment vs the risk  with proper share ratio.... avf is the only one with something to risk at this time.. the others have their risk undertaken by the banks...and lenders... who would be only glad to have more collateral to cover their debt they have extended with pce and chx...

Kherson, if you google david de gouveia you'll see some details of the alberta securities commisions case against him. He was a regular visitor to some of stockhouse's boards. I remember him from the hathor board a few years back and was pretty surprised to see what he was really all about. He was a very knowledgable informed poster who added a lot to the board.Just goes to show what
