SPYGLASS IS ALREADY IN OPERATION

Spyglass Resources Corp., a new company formed by combination of Pace Oil & Gas Ltd., AvenEx Energy Corp. and Charger Energy Corp., is building production in the Pekisko on lands acquired by Pace.

Spyglass has a large inventory of oil prospects on more than 310,000 net acres of land in southern Alberta, including 69,000 acres of land at Matziwin. Last summer, Pace drilled two wells into the Pekisko. The first well was completed using a 20-stage slick water frac with approximately 300 tonnes of sand and 4,000 cubic metres of water. Initial results from the well are very encouraging, with the well flowing approximately 2,000 barrels of oil in 93 hours during cleanup with an average oil cut of 65 per cent. The second well was completed using a 15-stage slick water frac with approximately 300 tonnes of sand and 4,000 cubic metres of water, and brought on in early August.

The company is also targeting the Glauconite, Mannville and Lithic horizons in the play. It has identified 87 low- to medium-risk horizontal locations for future development.

Honest to God I just got off the phone with Darrell the guy that wrote it. He told me not worry about the Blackrock, Inc. 14% block. He says their "YES" vote is a no brainer. He said all these guys that are running these three companies all live within a 10 block radius of each other and the whole business that goes on between them is incestous.
