A mere 24 mos ago CHX was full of hope & trading around $6.00....Huge debt was loaded on the Co.without the matching growth in production ..This management group got a life line thrown their way today & I can only hope they have learned something from their past failure & manage these assets to an improved standard...A stronger BOD might assist this management group in creating value with their new assets & balance sheet..Time will tell if Tom will repeat or reverse....

24 months ago Charger Energy Corp wasn't even in existence! It was Seaview Energy. It was barley 12 months ago that Tom took over Charger. Please do you research.
