I think it likely is good news. Highly unlikely Hitco would be sueing Avcorp in regard to possibility issues with their own non-distructive tests. It's just that the wording of the NR is so vague. Possibly meant to be so, given the non-disclosure clause. Anything reasonably significant should show up in the next quarterly report.

Yup RedCoats Seems reasonable to believe the amount will show in the qtrly. It cant be kept in the closet or under the carpet. Cheers
