Avcorp shares buy out at .11 cents per share

I have been holding these shares for 15 years , I do not think a vote is fair when Panta Holds at least 70% of the shares of the company. Especially when big contracts are on the table . Finally big money can be made at Avcorp. I am going to get a lawyer and fight this , if there is anyone else who wants to join a class action let me know . George B

Any updates on the takeover of Avcorp by Latcore S.A. at $0.11/share? The deal was suppose to be completed in Q3 which ended last week on September 30? If the deal does not close, then other scenarios may be possible that result in more value for the Avcorp shareholders.
