Worldwide rollout beginning?

The news sounds huge, signaling that a worldwide adaptation of the Smartcart is being launched. Mexico is a long way from Israel, both geographically and culturally. The market may not like that it does not sound imminent, but by the end of the year.  

But I think anyone selling fails to consider that such announcements could be coming with increasing frequency, and in many other countries, I would think. Now is the time to be buying, not selling!
