AAZ enters option agreement to acquire the Big Hill project

Azincourt Energy Corp. (TSX.V: AAZ, OTCQB: AZURF) announced today that it has entered into a definitive property option agreement with Atlantis Battery Metals Corp. to acquire up to a seventy-five percent interest in the Big Hill Lithium Project (Newfoundland).

The 7,500-hectare Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum exploration project consists of three exploration licenses covering 300 contiguous mineral claims.

With this news, AAZ.v is trading 12.5% up
