Not sure how to quite interpert this chart. 144,000 BAR shares sold short by someone who hopes the price will go down so they can buy them back at a lower price? Person has 2+ days to cover and pay the bill?

They do not plan on buying them back. They borrow our shares, bet that the share price will fall and then try to lower the price by dumping large lots of borrowed shares. This makes no sense to me either but apparantly it's legal.
