NAN just got $15 mil C from a Chinese battery maker and NAN has no nickel to speak of relative to Balmoral. 

The next LI/NI surprise will be the overwhelming demand from EV bus and truck manufacturers and users. FEDEX has fallen in love with TESLA's EV truck.  BYD sold 16,000 EV buses in one city in China. US has total of 300 EV buses in entire country.
