While we wait for news

Manipulation of BAR/BALMF stock continues on. I have been watching the stock action closely for a year and it appears that at the end of most days the stock price gets beat down on small volume orders (100-500 Shares). his happens over and over again and is very successful in killing any upward stock momentum. I have written to BAR about this a year ago but I doubt they can do much about this activity. Look at the OTC link https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BALMF/quote . Watch the closing stock transactions each day and let me know what you think? In my paranoia, I believe this a result of a short raid on BAR/BALMF by an individual or group.

Example – look at the trade data section for Friday at the link above. The last trade was 300 shares which drove the stock price down from .093 to .0841. About a quick 10% devaluation of the stock. BARS Market Cap just went from 13.3 million to 12 million (loss of 1.3 million)with a measly 300 share order worth $25 bucks! In past days over the last year this happens continuously day after day and also occurs during the day as well. Thursday there was an order for 100 shares that did exactly the same thing. Who in their right mind would sell or buy a 100 share lot and pay a $5.00 commission on the trade?? I could see this happening once in a while, but not on a daily basis!

Any stock experts out there care to comment?

Horsey7, the 1000 unit board lot is for the Toronto Stock Exchange or TSX Venture Exchange. In the US on the OTC where BALMF is listed as well, the board lot is 100 and does affect the price. Not quite sure how the resolve the sotck price between the 2 exchanges?
