monty, Sounds like reasonable startegy,  if BAR has the control. This is just like a chop-up shop selling  cars for parts to fetch more money than selling the entire cars. But for potential buyers/mergers like KL or WM they may have their own idea: Just scoop up the entire company and do their own things later. They may collude, e.g. using WM as a front company to absorb BAR with a ...more
