What's very interesting is that the stock offering of  555,556 units had 100,000 of it bought by insiders. 

This is in addition to the numerous insider buying over the past couple of weeks.

Yep. I noticed the insider buying too that was provided by INK Research. Things are looking up!

I agree with the sentiment strongly as well. Insiders are loading up for the next period of growth for the company and I am joining in. I added more in the low 1.70's.
