Federal infrastructure bill announcement march.31....

The solar industry is expecting to see the long awaited conversion from a tax credit to a CASH GRANT... this has been advocated for a long time and guidance has been provided by the appropriate government agency to the Trump administration last summer. Currently the tax break is applied to revenue which is low compared to Net present value.. My understanding is the cash grant is applicable to the costof the entire project (financed or not).. If this goes through it will be a GAME CHANGER...also tariffs may finally be lifted because it has proven to be more of a hindrance than boost for American manufacturers and the new environmental targets of the USA..... Big week ahead including (most likely) financials... chow...
