Seems weird that they would announce that on the 27th and not halt until today if thats the case though, U an thinking news is coming.

candyc...I dont think so...the halt was issued at exactly the same time as a message came out about their May 8 earnings release.

I posted the link above. It is halted because the Trade cease order was denied so all trading halted until financials are out.

Webinar is may 10th, financials may come earlier but no later than may 10th. 43% of the shares are in a voluntary lock up until June 2022. I don't think management would support a takeover and neither would I at this point. Definitely a target moving along with a severely discounted trading value. Its going to be impressive once projects appear on the balance sheet as assets. Looking forward

Hey Alleysonme, I'm pretty sure the share lock up precludes a potential sale of the company until at least June 2022. Or am I mistaken? Whatever the case, I can't see management selling the company at this point. They're just starting to turn it around, and as stated before, if they were to sell their current project backlog for cash they would get around $4.50-$5.00 per share. Even

Hey BC dude. My understanding of the lock up agreement is if a takeover bid were to come before June 2022 the 43 percent automatically would be a no vote. I agree with everything your saying. I don't want to see a buyout, however I'm sure bigger players have tabs on Uge. In future years their surely will be attempts, (especially if it continues trading at big discounts), if they can be

scotty017...I agree...halted until the May 10. At this point when the halt is lifted I have no idea whether the outcome will be good or bad...but trying to stay optimistic.
