I don't know who IIIV capital is but they just put out a $3 target price.  A little lower than mine but that would represent sig upside to where we are now.

Rickathome...I assume you meant VIII which is eight captial. If so, this is a smaller brokerage house which I have seen numerous times doing trades on small cap companies. Not a believer in anaysts recommendations...but would take 3 dollars for sure.
