Spending bill..Q3 release date.
The sticking points are Medicaid and paid leaves...looks like penalties and incentives are out for emitters thanks to Manchin. The $$$ for climate is agreed and reportedly stands somewhere between 500-600 BILLION, not clear how many years this is to be spread..so far it sounds like this $$ is part energy infrastructure upgrades like high voltage transmission lines and the new Direct Pay Investment Tax Credit at a higher rate. The current credit of 26% does not have direct pay...direct pay means immediate funding towards projects without either having to wait till tax season or give a cut to a tax equity investor....upgraded grid means less expenses for interconnection when projects come online a grid that's updated..intense negotiations as we speak so Joe's not empty handed at cop26..UGE will be releasing Q3 on Tues,Nov,23rd at 11am...(company website)
