Terms look good.. I think they will be able to either redeem with positive cash flow 2023, or at least with a capital raise at a much higher share price..annual cash burn has improved and 2.5- 5m is stomachable until profitability...looking forward to Q3 but not expecting show stopping results.

I agree. The terms look good, and it appears to be a decent (and right-sized) stop-gap measure to get them through to higher cash flows and, presumably, share price.
