Today on stocktwits that Chen sold network patents to Israel.  Anybody know anything about this?

Technically, under $3.00; not marginable and I don't understand how others blame people shorting the stock as it is not possible under $3.00.

Right now with the stock under 3.00, it is not marginable and can't be shorted so brokers are likely losing money on interest fees.

Definitely a lot more perplexing now than it was when we were getting beat up in the 8-10 dollar range.  I don't know what to make of it. The silence from BB is somewhat deafening though they have released  news going forward.   The problem there is there have been so many empty predictions it gets a little callous as many posters are feeding on.  I get nervous when people

Thanks Konaguy,   I Reach Out To Yasch And Read What He Has To Say  ,I Own A Lot Of Shares At 8.75 And Will Not Be Buying Any More, Will Be Happy At Break Even After 2 Years,And Will Never Buy Shares In Any Company That Does Not Keep Shareholders Informed On What's Going On ,After What Chen Said ,I Am Surprised There Are Not Lawsuits After What He Said About A Great Quarter
