BB under jaune chien was far too corporate... the $80M cash plus $40M next year plus 5.5 million shares that is part of the total $550M investment in the Incorporation equates taking much of the sting from the dead $3B Cylance cost... Arctic Wolf Networks is a fit, provides a future revenue stream that an outright sale doesn't provide.

Had gone when orchestrated this deal, the cost to shareholders was $69M for his bonus payout.
