Starting to question mngmnt's motivation

I have no idea why Xebec didn't announce the news about the new Hygear partnership, given its apparent potential. It almost implies that there is some kind of rift between Hygear and Xebec. A "falling out" perhaps. I'd have been far happier if the new management's compensation packages had been geared more towards performance bonuses than salaries.
