Looks to me like the sp should be around $20 based on the financials just released....there are other factors than the net value per share, of course, but I do think the increased valuation of the properties should be taken into account when determining sp. All imho.

I agree that the equity value in the event of a wind-up is in the 20s but in the meantime I am concerned that they are not currently generating the cash flow to continue paying 80c per share per year.

I don't think you have to worry about the dividend they have never missed a payment.  Becker has no debt, plenty of cash, Couche-Tard shares and bank notes so I really doubt they would have any difficulty paying the divident.
