New Owners Have Submitted OTC Filings To Become ACTIVEOnce the new owners have submitted filings for all their newly acquired companies then we wait for them to be approved by the SEC. The governmnet lawyers review filings and everything ele submitted including criminal record checks on the directors, etc...then the SEC decides to approve or disapprove.
Keep your eyes open for 004 - 005 as we run up in anticipation...we should pass 1 cent with approval.
