The market cap of AEE is aprox 16 million.  This is the amount of cash BVR had on hand before the takeover.  So BVR board of directors values AEE at 70 million, the market values AEE at 0.  What a joke.  This turkey stuff is garbage.  I bet you its the BVR Columbian play that gets us some value.  Your welcome AEE....

This deal was and is a complete joke.  $70M implied valuation???  Nonesense.  Add to that the fact that PMD just discovered oil on the block that BVR withdrew from (Arrendajo) and you have a real incompetant bunch of management, IMHO of course.    Yes Turkey has great fiscal terms, but why ink a deal like this when everything was in favour of BVR prior to it?  They ...more

yup, absolute garbage.  Well at least I have some capital losses on this one to go against some of my winners. We basically gave Anatolia $17 million and our leases.  This one is beyond comprehension.  Thanks very much JM, you should be ashamed
