What is the catalyst for a higher stock price here?

What is the catalyst for a higher stock price here?
Is it only relating to revenues?
Why doesn’t positive news drive price higher rather then lower, or at least stabilize the price?
How many more positive news releases do we need to see before this stock price goes to zero?
Every time there is positive news the price consistently makes yet a new low. The correlation between positive news and a new lower price is eerie (and suspect?) to say the least.
What else can management do to propel this companies’ success?
Have we ever seen a negative report about BEE?
To be clear, I believe in this company, its management and their products. I have some skin in the game. I find the BEE idea to be extremely compelling. There is nothing but positive news on Youtube. Management seems to be executing their stated strategy at every turn - expanding into global markets, finding new crop applications, generating important partnerships, securing a portfolio of patents, working in cooperation with highly regarded, independent universities, establishing an increasing revenue stream, etc. etc. – all positive, and yet over all this time we see a stock price on an extended downward trend
.
It reminds me of George Costanza’s ‘opposite theory’:

Jerry : If every instinct you have is wrong, then the opposite would have to be right.

George : Yes, I will do the opposite. I used to sit here and do nothing, and regret it for the rest of the day, so now I will do the opposite, and I will do something!

Perhaps BEE should employ Georges’ approach. Everything BEE has done to date has largely been positive but look at the results. So, maybe if they start bombing, the market will be forced to send the price higher.

Consider the following three posts from this forum:

All positive BEE News – now look at the price chart over the same time period.
Does the price action correlate with the news releases? – Yes it does, but in an opposite way. Positive news has consistently and repeatedly driven the price lower.

The Canadian microcap market in a nutshell

Is P.T. Barnum controlling this game?
Is this a level playing field – with impartial referees?
Are there any referees?
Was it benevolent to move from the TSX to the CSE exchange?
Is there a reasonable explanation for consistently positive company actions and results correlating to a consistently dropping price?
Why bother issuing positive news if it has a negative effect?
Sorry to say but the nefarious explanation seems to be more and more plausible with each news release.
When something smells this bad hadn’t, we at least to ask – from where is this stench coming from?
I understand that these are tough market conditions but the price action downtrend superseded the general market downturn.
Just trying to understand.
Anyone?

The macro environment is not constructive for microcaps right now. BEE will be fine. They are executing and are making strides every day. Thinly traded stocks are easily manipulated and are fighting uphill until they can show consistent revenue growth with imminent profit.  Catalysts for shareprice appreciation are consistent with the things you stated: Regional expansion via partnerships ...more

No major contracts, no significant revenues, no bottom line profit yet....I believe these are the reasons for the stock price weakness....For investors who truly believe in the BEE story,  it is a good time to accumulate.....The mkt is always right...JMHO!

The company made the move to the Canadian Securities Exchange because they did not see the need for a more senior listing as they didn't need to raise money . In doing so , they lost eyes on the company, as in brokerages which live by selling new shares. So no brokerage coverage , as far I know and a slow developing business story especially in terms of revenues.  Good execution should ...more

Nice to see you here PI.  The move to the CSE was in part due to less administrative cycles and fees required. They are considering a move back to a move senior exchange once revenues start to ramp up. The CEO has been on the road in NY drumming up interest and coverage. I dont think they would be doing this unless they anticipate some major developments on the horizon. All of this will ...more
