He needs to resign. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. He won't let worthless warrants expire, and now he is further diluting the share structure. Why is he acquiring property with money he doesn't have. There will be 3-4 more financings, and then the obligatory 1:50 reverse split. Rinse. Repeat.
