What's with this Lawsuit?

$9,900,000 is significant on a misleading resource etimate in 2012.  The real significance is the impact on shareholders who may no longer be confident in future resource estimates.

If you ask me, this lawsuite is an indication that there is lots of money to be made by this company and.  This is gold digging (both literally and figuratively).
