BGN: end of 4 months holding period tomorrow.

Following the issue of 20.5 million shares on Dec. 19/2016, the 4 months holding period ends on April 20/2017. See press release 2016-12-19. This event should put some pressure on the price of the stock! Fortunately, fundamentsl are strong!

Usually with the hold period, they are permitted to begin trading out 2-3 business days earlier, which means they've already been selling into the strength - this might explain the smack down off the high the other day..

Cartman666 I was not aware that was a possibility , if you are right that would explan the smackdown. How is that done? Gordo
