How does this OR intent to buy work when the price is driven down daily?

It's only 58 cents IF Osisko is worth $16.26 as it was on September 20th. But now Osisko is only worth $13.30 so the BGM shareholders 0.0357 share of that is 47.5 cents. The rest of the BGM drop is just arbitrage. OR is dropping because it's shareholders haven't a clue about BGM and are risk averse. They were happy with a measly 2% dividend. So DDoc, your saying were now in lockstep with Osisko price and not the price of gold as a miner. Which has the chance of doubling first?, Osisko at $ 13.30 or our resource at $ 0.475?

UNLESS the purchase fails, and there is no chance of that, Osisko has planned for a cheap majority, BGM shareholders are in lockstep with Osisko. They will recieve their .0357 shares of Osisko at completion, and they will be worth whatever OR is trading for. BGM will NEVER be worth more than 3.57% of OR. IF you think OR is going lower, sell BGM now. I think the discount on OR is exaggerated. I ...more

DDoc - are you implyting that "nice results" are being withheld so OR can release then after the deal closes? That would be illegal.
